Shrimp Mediterranean

Ingredients(servings 4-6):
- 1 Lb green shrimp, peeled and deveined (there are 16 -20 shrimp per pound)
- 4 Tblsp Sadaf brand grapeseed oil
- 2 Tblsp butter
- 1 Tblsp rninced garlic
- 1/2 Cup Frey Sauvignon Blanc
- 4 Tblsp Sadaf brand pomegranate paste
- Kosher salt
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute’ the minced garlic in the Sadaf grapeseed oil and butter for about 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Add shrimp, remove from heat and add wine, then place skillet
back on medium heat. Saute’ for 3-5 minutes. Add pomegranate paste, and simmer for 3
minutes. Add Kosher salt to taste.
Do not overcook shrimp. ENJOY IT |
