Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. Steak tenderloin cup low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP. Sadaf Honey 1 tsp. Sadaf Red Pepper Flakes
- tsp. Sadaf ground cumin tsp. Sadaf Turmeric
Directions:
- Soak 24 bamboo skewers in cold water for 1 hour.
- Cut beef into very thin 3-inch strips. Put 1 or 2 strips on each prepared skewer and arrange in shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, cumin and turmeric. Pour over beef, turning to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Arrange skewers on grill or broiler rack 2 inches from heat. Grill or broil 30 to 40 seconds per side for medium-rare. Serve immediately
