Ingredients:
- 8 slices Italian Bread 2 medium Garlic cloves
- cup Sadaf Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 medium Tomatoes, raw
- tsp. Coarsley ground pepper
cup fresh Parsley
Directions:
- Each slice of Italian bread should be inch thick. Thinly slice the tomatoes.
- Toast bread until lightly browned on both sides under a broiler.
- Rub the top of the bread with garlic. Return slices to broiler tray.
- Sprinkle the olive oil over the slices of bread. Top with tomato slices and pepper.
- Broil close to flame for 1 minute or until oil starts sizzling.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
