Ingredients:(Serves 4)
- 16oz jar of Sadaf Tahini

- 4oz of fresh lemon juice

- 12oz cold water
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tea spoon of salt

Direction: Blend in a bowl the Tahini with the lemon, garlic and salt and mix slowly with water until Tahini become smooth. Then you can garnish with fresh Parsley.
