The Pelted Wheat is used as a breakfast cereal or soup.
Ingredients:
1 cup Wheat
7-9 cups water,
salt to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients , and cook over low heat for 60-80 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Serve warm sprinkle with Cinnamon or sugar if desired. During the cooking process, if the wheat is not cooked add water and cook more it should have a thick consistency.
