Green Lentil Soup
- 1 Cup Sadaf Green lentils (pre-soaked overnight)
- 2 Tbsp. Sadaf Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 Cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 Cup chopped white onion
- 3 Cups chicken or vegetable broth
- Pinch of Sadaf Turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in a pot, cover and cook over low heat for one hour or until cooked. Serve warm. ENJOY IT
