Mediterranean Shrimp
This Shrimp Mediterranean recipe is a simple and flavorful dish that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It is made with a combination of shrimp, vegetables, and spices, which are all infused with Sadaf products like olive oil, red wine vinegar, and various herbs and spices to give it a unique and delicious flavor. It's a perfect dish that can be served on its own or paired with a side of rice or couscous.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Sadaf extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Sadaf Red Wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sadaf ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Sadaf ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon Sadaf smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions)
- 1/2 cup of crumbled Sadaf feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley or mint for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp, garlic, Sadaf extra virgin olive oil, Sadaf red wine vinegar, Sadaf ground cumin, Sadaf ground coriander, Sadaf smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Let the shrimp marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Grill or sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, toss together the diced vegetables, crumbled Sadaf feta cheese, and fresh parsley or mint.
- Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl and toss well.
- Serve the Shrimp Mediterranean as a main course, accompanied by a side of couscous or rice.
